EVENT REGISTRATION & TICKET PURCHASES

All ticket purchases for SheRise Total Wellness events are subject to availability and acceptance.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Use the ticket for its intended purpose only

  • Comply with all event rules and guidelines

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by SheRise Total Wellness.​

NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

SheRise Total Wellness maintains a strict no refund policy on all ticket purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Event tickets

  • Vendor fees

  • Deposits and registrations

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Personal scheduling conflicts

  • Illness or emergencies

  • Travel delays or issues

  • Failure to attend the event

  • In the event that SheRise Total Wellness cancels or reschedules an event, tickets may be transferred to a future event or credited at our discretion.

EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

SheRise Total Wellness reserves the right to:

  • Modify event details, including date, time, location, speakers, or programming

  • Cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances

  • We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation expenses.

EVENT CONDUCT

All attendees, vendors, and participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.

SheRise Total Wellness reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from an event without refund for:

  • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior

  • Violation of event rules or policies

MEDIA RELEASE

By attending a SheRise Total Wellness event, you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, and appearance to be recorded and used in photographs, videos, and promotional materials.

These materials may be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes without compensation.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

By attending any SheRise Total Wellness event, you acknowledge and agree:

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk

You assume all risks associated with attendance, including personal injury, illness, loss, or damage

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheRise Total Wellness, its owners, staff, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from your participation.

VENDOR TERMS

Vendors participating in SheRise Total Wellness events agree to:

  • Operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Be solely responsible for their products, services, and transactions

  • Maintain professionalism and integrity

  • SheRise Total Wellness is not responsible for:

  • Vendor sales or transactions

  • Product quality or service delivery

  • Disputes between vendors and attendees

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website, including logos, branding, text, graphics, and materials, is the property of SheRise Total Wellness and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party platforms for ticketing, payments, and communications. SheRise Total Wellness is not responsible for the practices, policies, or performance of these third-party services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
